(An interpretation consists of an explanation of your test results and possible health implications of these results). All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping. The cost of shipping one kit to you anywhere in Canada is $12. Every additional kit to the same address will be an additional $6. Test Kits are non-refundable.

Email us the test(s) you would like done: info@annapurnanaturopathic.com. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your order.
By Phone:
Contact us by phone at 416-877-0474 with detailed information including a) Type of test(s) you would like done; b) If you would like an interpretation; c) Your credit card type (visa, mc, etc.), number, CVV (number on the back), expiry date and name on the card; d) The shipping address that you would like the test kit shipped to. We will take your information and have your kit shipped to you once payment clears.
Step 3:
The kit(s) will be shipped to you via ExpressPost once payment clears. The kit will include a receipt and a set of instructions on how to perform the test.
